Eric Martinez has proven extraordinary leadership and entrepreneurial skills as the Chief Executive Officer of Powermoves Entertainment. Eric has been in the entertainment industry over half his life as an actor, model and musician. At this time he is running a successful label, with a drive that can only be matched by his tenacity. As the Chief Executive Officer of Powermoves Entertainment he constantly seeks ways to team up with industry dominating organizations to create opportunities for his artists to be seen and heard; such as teaming up with Coke to develop a Sprite Remix Sampler that features all of Powermoves artists. Powermoves has also collaborated with companies such as Comcast, Pepsi, McDonalds and Dr. Pepper, for brand marketing opportunities. As a CEO he and the Powermoves artists have also been featured in several national magazines; Urban Latino, Orlies Lowrider, and Urban Network Magazine. Eric along with some of the biggest names in the industry have been chosen to the board of directors of the Latin Hip Hop Coalition, educating young artists on the workings of the music industry. Eric is currently speaking on the largest music conventions in the country including the Billboard Music Awards. Through his appearances and networking Eric has proved to be the voice for the New Mexico music scene and represents his state with pride and is well respected throughout the country.

Eric Martinez is actively involved in community activities and events. As the owner of Powemoves Entertainment Eric and his organization have teamed up with McDonalds are actively involved in Worlds Children Day providing entertainment for the event. The Worlds Children’s Day is an annual global fundraiser for children in more than 100 countries worldwide. Funds raised benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities and local children’s causes in communities around the world. Eric Martinez is also a founder and operator of the “Laugh for Life” Aids Benefit Show which will be on August 4th, 2006 at the Convention Center in the Kiva Auditorium. This event will feature comedians Joey Medina and Alex Reymundo from the “Latin Kings of Comedy” as well as other performers and guest speakers such as Mayor Martin Chavez. This fundraiser will help in the fight against the AIDS/HIV epidemic and a portion of the proceeds will be given to the New Mexico Aids Services. On top of everything else, this young CEO is also an active speaker at local schools and organizations. Eric speaks mostly about drive and the will to succeed as well as having a plan for success.
