VVS
This young artist is the next face and voice of Latin Hip Hop. From being influenced by some of the greatest hip hop stars of all time living in Jersey City to living on the streets of Puerto Rico VVS has been able to develop and deliver a medley of Latin Hip Hop unique only to VVS. This style and talent has put him in front of some of the biggest names in the business and has given him the opportunity to be sought after by many labels and industry entities. VVS has the talent that is missing in the game of hip hop and is on the verge of blowing it wide open.
VVS was born in Jersey City and raised in Puerto Rico. He began performing at a young age and was constantly surrounded by the music industry. His father DJ Rez, played at some of the hottest night clubs in the country with the greatest talent of his time. VVS eventually became obsessed with the hip hop genre listening to Ron G Mixtapes, UGK, Geto Boys and other heavy players at this time. This obsession turned into an ambition at the age of 12 when VVS started writing and performing hip hop.
VVS started developing quickly as an artist and in no time VVS was performing professionally and was offered major deals including one by Hip Hop great KRS-One. VVS continued to record and write professionally for other artists and eventually gained more interest and offers from music groups such as Desert Storm, Interscope, Virgin, and more. Although grateful for the attention VVS felt he could be more successful on his own and from scratch formed his own record label named Barcode Entertainment.
VVS has been busy recording and performing throughout the nation. His new songs Tu Loco Loco featuring Voltio and Chambanealo have been gaining attention and making fans in the industry. VVS has currently jumped on board with Powermoves Entertainment to help manage his career as an artist and is already slated for many big performances and endorsements for the end of 2007.
